These back-to-back events unite Wyoming’s education community to advance evidence-based practices grounded in the science of reading. As W. Edwards Deming famously said, “Every system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets.” Improving student outcomes requires transforming the systems that support them. Through a shared commitment to high-quality, equitable instruction from birth through grade 12, we are building a foundation that empowers every child in Wyoming to become a confident, capable reader.
